2025 KJCCC D1 Volleyball Players of the Week - Week 11
COLBY, Kan. – Helping their teams close out the 2025 regular season with unbeaten weeks to head into the postseason, Butler Community College outside hitter Harlee Randall, Dodge City Community College setter Chelsea Durbridge, and Barton Community College libero Mina Kaneko have all earned Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Division 1 Volleyball Player of the Week honors.
Harlee Randall (Butler) - KJCCC D1 Volleyball Player of the Week
Freshman Harlee Randall helped Butler go 2-0 over the final week of the regular season as the Grizzlies swept Cloud County before earning a thrilling five-set win over Hutchinson to secure a third-place finish in the KJCCC D1 volleyball regular season standings. For the week, Randall had 30 kills, including a career-high 19 against Hutchinson while hitting .429 on 56 total attacks across the two matches. Randall also added seven service aces, 13 digs, and two blocks.
Chelsea Durbridge (Dodge City) – KJCCC D1 Volleyball Setter of the Week
Dodge City closed out the regular season on a four-match win streak, picking up a road win over Hutchinson and a win at home over Seward County in the final week of the regular season. Chelsea Durbridge continued to lead the charge for the Conquistadors' offense at setter as the freshman had a double-double with 40 assists and 12 digs against Hutchinson, while adding two block assists and one ace. Three days later, against Seward County, Durbridge followed with 31 assists and added three kills, five block assists, and eight digs in the win to secure a home NJCAA D1 Volleyball Plains District Tournament match this week.
Mina Kaneko (Barton) – KJCCC D1 Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week
Sophomore Mina Kaneko continued to anchor sixth-ranked Barton's defense through a three-win conference week, helping the Cougars close the regular season with an 11-match win streak and their third straight KJCCC D1 Volleyball outright regular season title. Kaneko averaged 5.20 digs per set across 10 sets while also adding eight service aces and seven assists to complement her back-row performance. Opening the week with a standout 24-dig, four service ace performance in a road win at Seward County, Kaneko followed with 15 digs and two service aces in a sweep of Garden City before capping the week with 13 more digs and two service aces in a sweep of Cloud County.
