Player of the Week: Alanna Neilsen (Garden City)
Alanna Neilsen wins her second straight conference weekly award after batting .722 this past weekend with 14 RBIs, 6 HR, and 3 doubles in 4 games.

Jessica Morgan (Barton)
Jessica Morgan got stronger as the week wore on picking up a pair of neutral field victories. Shaking off a rough home start with the wind blowing out, Morgan pitched a complete game six strikeout Friday win versus Rose State College. In Saturday morning's matchup with Cowley College, Morgan entered to strikeout the final out of the fourth frame stranding two in the then-tied contest, rolling on to only give up one hit and strikeout three more against the Division II 15th ranked Tigers in the remaining three innings.
K'lee Flores (Dodge City)
Dodge City softball put together a 3-1 Texas road trip picking up their first wins of the season. K'lee Flores helped lead the way for the Conquistadors inside the circle as she tossed all seven innings in game one versus Howard to earn the win and struckout four. She then earned the save in game two tossing the final 1.2 innings in game two against Howard. In game two against Western Texas Flores went the distance again tossing all seven innings helping the Conqs earn the win.
Flores on the season Flores is 2-2 with a save making six appearances tossing 28.1 innings with 16 strikeouts. She is also batting .235 with four hits, three runs scored, four RBI, three walks, and two home runs.
