KJCCC Division II Softball Player of the Week

Hesston freshman Kimberlin Hopson went 11-of-24 on the week. She also hit four home runs and drove in 17 runs.  Kimberlin helped lead the Larks to a 6-2 record on the week with the help of her big time hitting. Hopson finished with two multi homerun games on the week. 

KJCCC Division II Softball Pitcher of the Week

Katelyn Kotlarz had a stellar outing against No. 12 ranked KCK this past Saturday with 11 strikeouts and giving up only three hits scattered through seven innings pitched. She allowed only one run in 14 innings as she improved to 9-3 on the season and has been a big part of the teams' success. Two of her losses this season have come against DI nationally ranked Crowder while collecting several wins this season against several DII nationally ranked opponents.
