1. Teams wishing to enter must meet the following requirements:
A. By April 18, 2006 the enclosed Confirmation and Roster Form must be faxed by noon to:

C. Failure to submit either of the above mentioned items by April 18 will result in forfeit of your rights to participate in the tournament.
2. The Coaches Draw Meeting will be held Thursday, April 20, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Riverside Tennis Center, 551 Nims Wichita, KS 67203.
Procedure for Draw:
A. We will seed as many players as desired by coaches as recommendation, up to eight.
B. Seeds will be placed in predetermined position (on brackets).
C. Draw:
1. Direct wins
2. Wins over common opponent
2. Coaches discussion (concede)
3. Flip Coin
3. Facilities are hard court.
4. Play will begin at 8:00 a.m., Friday, April 21, 2006.
5. Finals will begin at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, April 22, 2006. Finals will begin with Women’s Singles followed by Men’s Singles.Doubles will begin immediately following the Singles starting with the Women’s Doubles followed by the Men’s Doubles.
6. In the event of rain, play will continue on Sunday, April 23, 2006.
7. Awards will consist of 1st place Region VI and Conference Team Trophy.
8. Scoring for all matches will be best 2 of 3 sets with 12 point tiebreaker at 6-6.
9. Team Scoring: 1 point for each match won in singles and doubles. (Point awarded for bye only if 2nd round match is won)
In case of tie:
A. Number of flights won.
B. Number of matches won between or among teams tied.
C. Percent of games won between or among teams tied.
D. Coin Flip.
10. Racket, Ball and Language Abuse: Warning-Point-Game-Match
11. Coaching is allowed only on changeover. Do not exceed the 90 second time limit. No coaching during a tie breaker.
12. Line Judges will be furnished when needed, visiting coaches may be called on.
13. Play will be continuous.
14. The Arbitration Committee will be appointed by Tournament Director, Jack Oxler. This committee will be announced at the Draw Meeting.
15. Winners of each match will return balls and report score to the person in charge. Times for the next match will be announced then.
