Coaches Meeting������ A meeting of all Region VI coaches: Time and place set by Host College. All-Region nominations and selections will be made at this time. All-Conference selections will be sent to Coaches on May 1.
Roster������������������������ Each college will be allowed 24 players for Region VI competition. The roster on the KJCCC web site will be used for the program.
Participants��������������� 6 Region VI teams will participate in the Region VI Tournament.
����������������������������������� Barton County will not participate because of NJCAA probation.
����������������������������������� All deadlines must be met and failure to do so will forfeit that colleges right to be seeded.
Seeding���������������������� Seeding will be set by the Region Director on Sunday, April 29. Seeding will be determined from play against District teams in� Jayhawk Conference League play.
Rules������������������������� 2007 NCAA Rule Book
Bracket���������������������� First Round: Seed # 3 will host seed # 6 and seed # 4 will host seed #5. This will be a best two out of three with two games played on May 1 and if necessary game played on May 2. The winners advance.
����������������������������������� Championship: Hosted by Seed # 1. Seed #1 and Seed #2 will receive a bye. Seed #1 will play winner of #3 vs #6 and Seed # 2 will play winner of #4 vs #5. Times to be determined by Host.
Practice���������������������� Contact host College
Trainer����������������������� A trainer will be provided by Host College. Training supplies for your athletes such as tape, etc. must be provided by your college. Water jugs will be placed� on both benches but each team must provide cups or squeeze bottles.
Officials��������������������� The Region Director, Sarah Mahon, and host Athletic Director�� will contract all umpires.
Softballs��������������������� Each team will bring two new softballs for the tournament to the meeting.
Program��������������������� Programs will be provided by host college.
Awards����������������������� Region award will be presented to the Region Champion.

April 29���������������������� Seeding for Tournament Bracket. All conference games must be ���������������������������� completed by April 28.
May��� ���������������������� Coaches meeting set by Host College.
