Seward County Community College Ty Jacobs 2nd Base 5'11" 195 Sophomore Parker, CO Jacobs had a monster week for the Saints this week by hitting .500 in 6 games while driving in 10 runs.  The Seward sophomore 2nd baseman had 11 hits in the 6 contests, helping the Saints to a four game sweep of Pratt on the week.  On Tuesday against the Beavers in game four of the series, Jacobs went 4 for 5 with a double, a home run, and 5 RBI’s while leading Seward to the 11-4 win.  He recorded at least one hit in every game on the week and had multiple hits 3 times.    Seward County Community College Cameron Maldonado Right-Handed Pitcher 6'3" 215 Sophomore Ft. Smith, AR Maldonado picked up his 6th win in conference play on Monday by throwing a nearly flawless game against the Pratt Beavers.  The Seward sophomore tossed a complete game shutout, allowing just 1 hit while facing the minimum 21 batters in the contest.  Maldonado struck out 7 Beavers while walking just 1 and erased both runners that reached base via the double play.
